Salary

In Florida, the salary for a Community Association Manager (CAM) can vary based on experience, location, and the size of the property or association they manage.

Here's a quick breakdown:
Entry-Level CAMs: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
Mid-Level CAMs: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
Experienced/Senior CAMs: $70,000 – $100,000+ per year

Some CAMs who manage large or luxury communities may earn six figures, especially if bonuses or housing allowances are included.
